Present a Kaiseki and Sake Experience

Mandarin Oriental
What: Stuart Morris, a KikiSake-Shi (Master Sommelier for sake) based in the Bay Area, is presenting a collection of sakes to be paired with a kaiseki menu created by our Executive Chef Adam Mali. The inspiring and intimate five-course dinner will be paired with exquisite sakes from different breweries including:
  • Gunma Izumi
  • Matsuno Kotobuki
  • Tsujizenbei
  • Ooki Daikichi
  • Aizu Chujo
Stuart Morris will guide guests through a fantastic lineup of sakes paired with dishes created by Chef Mali, offering commentary and discussion from the history of sake to the subtle nuances of styles and breweries.
