True Sake Fukuju Junmai Ginjo

From Kobe. SMV: +2 Acidity: 1.2

This sake didn't win the Nobel Prize, but it was served at the dinner and reception for the Japanese scientist who won the Nobel Prize in 2012. Since then it has become ultra popular in Japan and you cannot find it on the shelves anywhere. In a word this Junmai Ginjo made with Yume-Nishiki rice milled to 60% is a velvety and semi-fruity mouth partner that feels great in the palate. Super smooth, super silky, super juicy, and of course super slick it's no wonder why this sake was selected to celebrate such a monumental occasion, and you need not be a Nobel Prize winning scientist to enjoy a very tasty brew from Kobe. Get smart! Get Fukuju!
