I picked 6 bottles, some regular items and a couple of new comers. I always taste my sake at several temperature and focus on what kind of food will match best with each. You should try to do same -- find your own favorite temp and matching!

1) Otokoyama Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Chozo Can -- "Beer first?" No! Please pick this one. Great first "Kanpai" sake. Lower alcohol content (13.5%), clean & light finish.>

2) Yamato Shizuku Kimoto Junmai -- This is a new face in our "Yamahai & Kimoto" line-up. Roasted and caramel savor. Well-balanced between room temperature & slightly chilled or warmed up!

3) Harada Muroka Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu -- Dear Namazake (unpasteurized sake) lovers, please try this one from a small-lot-production brewery in Yamaguchi prefecture. Very juicy with a mango aroma that spreads into your mouth. 

4) Kirinzan Classic -- This sake has tw main layers, creamy & dry that create a great harmony. Never impact the taste of food. Enjoy at any different temperature. Great price point, too.

5)  Wakaebisu "Ninja" -- If you like dry sake like Otokoyama "Man's Mountain" or Suigei "Drunken Whale", please try this one. The balance between dry and acid is superb!

6) Yuho "Eternal Embers" -- You can taste great umami in this sake and is a good match with any kinds of food. The taste that complement each other.
