Aramasa #6Behold one of “those” sakes that every sake drinker must taste at some point in their careers. Have you ever tasted Kuheji sakes that are almost effervescent? This brew drinks so sprightly that you’d think it was carbonated but it’s not! It is fresh and bright and tickles the palate with a joyous flow that is almost like a nama-zake. 

There are tons of cheeky fruit tones and grains but green apple and melon rule the day. The Aramasa brewery is famous for creating one of top brewing yeasts called Association #6 and this brew will leave you one step closer to total sake enlightenment. Great by itself, but also a standout when it’s part of a sake tasting on account the fact that it is so unique and different, which is code for tasty!
