September 19th - Sake Dinner at Viognierre Restaurant
|I will be speaking at this tremendous dinner and local sushi celebrity "Sushi Sam" will be adding his special touches to Chef Scott Giambastiani's stellar efforts. Detail: We will be celebrating Sake Day (Nihon-shu no Hi) by serving a unique and vivacious, 6-course, contemporary Japanese Kaiseki paired with fabulous Sake for each dish.
