"The Mendocino Crab and Wine Festival is here and, as Rocky and Bullwinkle say, "now it's time for something completely different." That's why Little River Inn and Hana Sushi are getting together to bring you the first ever crab, sushi and sake dinner. That's right all you Hana aficionados, Ken Tominaga is coming to the coast, and he's bringing Stewart Morris, his sake sommelier, with him. For those of you not yet initiated into the cult of Ken, he puts out what is arguably the best sushi in Northern California. And Stewart is one of the very few Japan trained and certified sake sommeliers in America. And, of course, Little River Inn chef, Marc Dym, knows what to do with a Dungeness crab. Put it all together and you get an amazing seven course crab and sushi dinner prepared by Ken and Marc and paired with Stewart's sake picks.
