True Sake In The News - Uncorked
She asked me for some sake recommendations in the states, and she was also with me at the IWC in London. I think Melinda did a great job capturing her experience at Daimon Shuzu - the brewery in Osaka that I have written quite a bit about. (Home of the former Mukune International Sake Brewing Program, which I helped to create.)
