Interesting facts: this clear bottle is designed to cut UV light, and through the bottle you can see the true color of the sake that has not been charcoal-filtered. Also, this sake has been matured as unpasteurized sake at 14 degrees Fahrenheit. Afterward, it is pasteurized in the bottle just once.
