BUT it drinks very smooth, soft, and round, which means you can have more than a glass or two, because it doesn't drink like the wet dog! It is a great sake to warm and definitely to pair with all type of foods. I like the fact that there is a subtle acidity play that is unlike other yamahais that at times can almost be too acidic.
