That made me laugh when I typed it up. Why? Because this sake is excellent and I forgot that. Clean, round and full-bodied which is soft in the mouth and has a light layer of sweetness.  This brew has good body! It is balance personified for a Nama sake. Rice freshness! Hints of green apple, yeast, toasted wheat, and steamed rice. It is also very savory! Huh?
