Mizubasho Ginjo "Early Bloom"

The nose on this Ginjo is a slick collection of strawberry, papaya, cherry, mint, lemon, and marshmallow aromas. Medium-light, slippery, crisp, and dry, this brew drinks with some tingle and a touch of shibumi. Look for apple, pear, lemon zest, peach, young melon, and mineral flavors on a squishy fluid that has a pinch of alcohol on the finish.
