Otokoyama Shiboritate Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Genshu SE33 "Man's Mountain"

Four Hot Words: Fun, Bright, Mild & Ricey

Love the new label for this consistently great sake. The nose is a mild sample of green apple, cream, and steamed rice tones. My first two words written in muy notes were: Fun and Bright! Hells yes! This Genshu says hello with abundant fruit flavors of pear and apple that taste fresh and oh so seasonal. A little crisp with a little tingle it drinks fun because it wakens the pallet with a hint of tangy goodness wrapped in a bright fluid that sort of pops in your mouth. It tastes young and fun indeed! WORD: Fresh WINE: Crisp Reds/ Bright Whites BEER: Crisp Ales FOODS: International spice, salty and savory, clean sashimi, sweetmeat shellfish, oysters.

Prefecture: Hokkaido
SMV: +2
Acidity: 1.7
