Tsukasabotan Hana Junmai JH13 "Pink Peony"

Four Hot Words: Gentle, Semi-dry, Crips, & Even
A very deceptive nose on this sake displays creamy, nutty, apple, caramel, and graham cracker elements on a sake that is quite dry for a "flower" = "hana." This is a very unique Junmai from a brewery that makes light and dry sakes for easy coiffing. It's dry but drinks wet and very clean with a laser fast finish. Displaying many white wine qualities that speak to a nice acidity play with very good flavors of green apple, yogurt, young pear, and green grapes this brew is very easy and subtle. Be warned the first glass may just lead to the end of the bottle. WORD: Dry WINE: Crisp Reds/ Dry Whites BEER: Crisp Ales/Light Beer FOODS: Anything off of the grill, any white wine fare.
Prefecture: Kochi
SMV: +5
Acidity: 1.3
