Sake Sommeliers – Mei and KJ Rule The Sake Education Universe

For over a decade, the war cry for the sake world has been “We need more sake education.” Slowly, but surely it has been happening in many ways, shapes, and forms. There is education out there in them there hills! Finally, we in the business can point people into the right direction for learning sake in different formats. I am on record as saying no program is far greater than another. They all have the same dynamics and history to work with, but they all do the most important thing and that is to get people to think about sake in a new light! Sake education is good!

With this in mind it brings me great pride to inform you that we have some of the most educated sake minds in the business working at True Sake.
