Talk about a powerhouse sake tasting at True Sake. The good folks at the sake importing company called Sake Tengoku (Marin-based) will feature Daijiro Hosaka from Niigata Prefecture’s famous Jozen Mizunogotoshi sake brewery (Shirataki Shuzou) makers of “SEVEN” and Uonuma Noujun; Hiroshi Inoue President and Master Brewer of Inoue Seikichi Sake Brewery makers of the brand Sawahime, and last but not least Hiroyuki Tsuji President and Master Brewer of Tsuji Zenbei and makers of Sakuragawa and Tsuji Zenbei sake brands.

DASSAI BLUE is made with koji that is hand-crafted in small batches and mixed with New York spring water to create a truly unique flavor experience.
