The nose on this Bear Cup is a gentle collection of steamed rice, Asian pear, and apple aromas. Smooth, velvety, round and plush, this is a very drinkable cup sake. To call it “easy” is an understatement, as it drinks like a liquid dream. Look for steamed rice, marshmallow, nougat, caramel, butter, and doughnut flavors on a plump flow that rolls across the palate.
