~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~
The nose of this seasonally released unpasteurized Nama sake has an AMAZING nose filled with peach, white grape, powdered sugar, apple, rose water, watermelon, and the "smell of a sake brewery in the morning" aroma. Say hello to Hanahato! This first time released Nama is a very fun and expressive sake that walks the walks. It is Nama Nama, lively, brash, zesty, flavorful, with a lot of frisky fun that is spritzy and real raw sake. Juicy, smooth, and chewy each sip is more like a bite with a quick finish that appeals to red wine drinkers. Look for green apple, young peach, pear, mint, kiwi, quince, blackberry, persimmon, sweet rice, lime, and a ton of umami expressions. Fleshy, weighty, lush and lively, this baby is a mover of flavor and feeling that is amplified with a wine glass. WORD: Lively WINE: Zesty Reds/Fat Whites BEER: Stouts FOODS: International spice, sweet, cheese, salumi, and fruit plates, beachy grilled fare, and tacos. (2022)
