The nose on this seasonally released fan favorite Nigori (cloudy) is a nice collection of creamy yogurt, bread, grape, pear compote, lemon lime, green leaf veggies, and lots of steamed rice aromas. Dreamy Clouds is one of our all-time top selling Nigori sakes, and now you get to taste it raw. This unpasteurized version drinks zesty, crisp, bright, spritzy, effervescent, and brash with a very interesting tannin-like dryness that makes the sake drink light-bodied and dry. Look for yogurt, lime, Calpico, cucumber, mint, lemon custard with Mojito-like vibes. Super popular, and now super raw and living in the glass. This is seasonal so it will be gone soon.
