It's amazing to think that general sake sales have been on a steady
decline in Japan for the past decade, especially when you see how
popular sake has become in the U.S. The trend continues to skyrocket
as more and more consumers taste better sakes. In fact, sake sells
itself, all that we have to do is get people to taste it! And of
