Chitose Tsuru is a smooth and full bodied but elegant sake, crafted from the local Kita Shizuku rice of northern Hokkaido. Made in Japan's far north, it can be enjoyed in its own, but matches well with local dishes like steamed crab, briny raw oysters, or roasted root vegetables.
