Senshin Junmai Daiginjo "Sophisticated Mind" - A Junmai Daiginjo sake milled to 28% and aged for over one year. This sake feels special. A sake that is great with food, but also great by itself. From Niigata prefecture.

Kudoki Jozu Junmai Ginjo "Pick Up Artist" - A very balanced sake that is not too dry. The perfect sake for me. Great chilled or room temp. From Yamagata prefecture.

Kikusui Kuramitsu Junmai Daiginjo - A Junmai Daiginjo sake milled to 23% using local Kikusui rice. A clean and elegant sake that is great for special occasions. From Niigata prefecture.

Umenishiki Junmai Daiginjo "Gorgeous Plum" - Great fruity flavor with a nice balance. Definitely give this a shot if you're a wine drinker looking to try sake. Try the one cup version instead if you do not want to commit to a full-sized bottle. From Ehime prefecture.

Urakasumi Junmai "Misty Bay" - A soft Junmai that is not too dry. A great food pairing sake from a legendary brewery. From Miyagi prefecture.
