True Sake In The News – Popular Mechanics Magazine

Wait for it! Wait for it! Okay! We are going to be in the next edition of Popular Mechanics Magazine. Say What? Crazy right? The reporter read my book on sake long ago and “always wanted to do a piece on sake for the magazine.” So they used a lot of material from the book and did a pretty extensive interview with Stephen and I. We shall see what comes of it! But Popular Mechanics? Ha!

For the story we also dedicated several sake tasting kits and created a page on the website to feature these three “Sake 101” Popular kits! It was our goal to link to the article but the issue has yet to appear so keep an eye out!
