Urakasumi Junmai "Misty Bay"

This Junmai fits perfectly into the category of medium-dry. It has a soft nose of rice and dried leaves, with a pale yellow sheen. Different temperatures produce different flavors. At room temperature it has a very nice entrance of chocolate wisps and a savory aftertaste. Chilled, this Junmai brings forth a fruitier feel of soft pear and mellow mango.
