Shipping Information

In all cases, an adult signature of someone 21 years or older is required at time of delivery.


If your order is returned to us due to it not being able to obtain an adult signature at the time of delivery, a reshipment fee is required to ship it again. In an event where you decided to cancel your order due to a returned package, the order will be canceled and charged a restocking fee(up to 40% of purchase price). Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has left our store.

Delivery and Shipping Details 
We cannot ship to the following states: ND, NH, UT, MS, AL, VT, KY, SD. If you're shipping to any other places that are listed, please call us at 415-355-9555 for further details and alternatives.

Requesting Decorative Sake Boxes: 
Please note that we may not always ship decorative sake boxes with your order. To request the decorative sake boxes, please make a note in the message box during check out. Additional charges may apply depending on the situation. 

Holding Orders for Store Pick Up: 
All orders placed as "Hold for Store Pick Up" must be picked up within 30 days. Any orders that are not picked-up within 30 days will be canceled and charged a restocking fee(up to 40% of purchase price)

30 Day Policy 
We can hold your bottles after purchase up to 30 days before being canceled and charged a restocking fee (up to 40% of purchase price). We have the right to cancel your order if there is no contact or response regarding your order.
