Ohyama Junmai Ginjo "Fu-In"
The nose on this special sake is an awesome collection of melon, pear, and apple tones. The point of "Fu-In" sakes is for Junmai Ginjos to drink like Ginjo sake (a little added alcohol) with bright aromas and flavors. This baby does not disappoint. It is bright, juicy and super smooth with an incredible balance and a terrific finish. Look for whisper fruit tones on a semi-thick flow that has great presence. Such an easy sake to drink which is amazing as this brew also has solid impact.
