“Beau-Zone” Layer – Ichinokura “Mukansa Chokarakuchi”

“Beau-Zone” Layer – Ichinokura “Mukansa Chokarakuchi”
From Miyagi Prefecture. Honjozo SMV: +10 Acidity: 1.3

I have selected this sake to honor and remember the people who lost their lives in the great Tohoku earthquake on March 11th 2011. This brewery was damaged by the quake and they used their sake carrying trucks to bring water to those who were suffering badly. It’s an extremely drinkable sake that is dry and very smooth. Grab a bottle and help out a brewery that has done so much for the Tohoku recovery! Thank you.
