Sake Situation – BT is heading to London for the IWC

It’s that time of the year to jump the pond and hit London for another International Wine Challenge. And yes, it’s yet another record year for sake entrants. I think we are going to taste roughly 900 amazing sakes from Japan, US, Norway, and Canada. And yes, I totally spit!
