New Store Arrivals – Denshin 1st Class, Urakasumi JDG, Ozeki Judan Jikomi

Hey! Three fun new arrivals grace the shelves this month. But you are right, all three have been at True Sake in the past. Do you remember? Probably not, because it’s been a while! The Denshin 1st Class is a single release offering each year and we only have 12 bottles, so first come, first served. The Urakasumi is one of the most food-friendly Daiginjos in the business; rich and full-bodied, with a depth that would appeal to red wine drinkers! And the Ozeki (no, don’t stick your nose up to this brewery!) is an amazing walk in the footsteps of sake’s history as it uses a recipe from long ago and drinks like a lush and velvety mouth adventure. All three brews are unique and extremely tasty!
