Come by and taste what craft American-made sake tastes like under the supervision of Yamaguchi Prefecture's iconic world-class brewery. Made with American-grown Yamadanishiki rice from Arkansas, and water from the Catskill Mountains, find out how these key American ingredients play a part in making historical New York sake that can hang with its Japanese contemporaries.

Come meet Yoshihiro Sako and Lani Sako from Den Sake Brewery. Yoshi-san is the only 2x James Beard nominee in the sake-making world, and he will be live and direct at 556 Hayes Street in beautiful Hayes Valley, California. The Sako's will be showcasing their flagship "Blue Label" sake, as well as their innovative "Blanc" sake, and one more fun surprise that we'll unveil the day of.
