Miyosakae Tenmi Junmai Daiginjo "Taste of Heaven"
The nose on this extremely well-packaged sake is a tapestry of blueberry, pear, mango, and honeydew wafts. This very bright and fruit forward Daiginjo has an acidity act that speaks to wine drinkers. There is quite a collection of flavors that match the nose of this brew; white grape, pear, and honeydew melon abound. The strength of the sake however is the feeling of the fluid in the pallet – smooth, round and buoyed by a gentle acidity. A very expressive fruit first experience that drinks like a parade of flavors on a bright day. WORD: Fruit Basket WINE: Bright reds/Chardonnay BEER: Crisp Ales
