Kizakura Nigori Sake

This cloudy or "Nigori" sake has gentle nose filled with cherry, citrus and cream components. Wow! Looks can be deceiving as this fluffy looking brew actually drinks quite clean and watery with a nice dry finish. There is a muted sweetness which is highlighted by gently tangy citrus tones. A gentle Nigori for those who like crisp cocktails and were fans of lemon Creamsicles when they were young!
