Heiwa Shuzo Red Rice "Aka KID"

Heiwa is located in the northern part of Wakayama and there are still many archaeological sites from 300 BC where rice farming and sake production were active. Heiwa is looking back to its roots and using an ancient strain of Akamai (red rice) to make this unique sake. Enjoy unique savory, tart, bright, and complex flavors like honey and toasted rice. Best Served: Chilled. Food Pairing: Seared steak, yakitori, salmon teriyaki.
