• Concept & Production: It represents a shift from large-scale, consistent production to "creative sake brewing" by a small team of elite brewers. It is often born from the highest-rated rice selected from their annual Yamada Nishiki competition, which includes over 100+ entries from farmers all over Japan.

• Tasting Profile: It is known to have a profile similar to the high-end Dassai 23 but with a more subtle, creamy, and smooth texture.

• Packaging & Preservation: The sake is packaged in a specialized titanium bottle that allows for quick temperature regulation.

• Tōmin Liquid Freezing: To ensure absolute freshness, the sake is often subjected to a "Tōmin" liquid rapid freezing technique, keeping it at -30°C (-22°F) until just before it is consumed.
