The nose on this summer released unpasteurized and undiluted (cask strength) brew is a wonderful collection of pear, mango, cantaloupe, sweet rice, and snowmelt aromas. Fruity, bright, zesty, lively, juicy, and very fresh, this Nama drinks clean, crisp and has a nice dry mineral snowmelt finish. Talk about a great tasting sake that pops in the glass! Look for raspberry, young strawberry, pear, dry apple flavors that flow with mineral and powdered sugar licks. This is very drinkable living raw sake that reminds you that you are drinking fresh sake made for the season.
