Maruishi Nito Satin Junmai "Summer"

The nose on this summer-released sake is a great collection of persimmon, green apple, grape, mango, blueberry, plum, melon, and citrus aromas. The brewers say this sake is “smooth and gentle as the finest silk,” and we agree, as it drinks light, clean, bright, water-like, off-dry, and silky. With a 13% ABV, this is summer in a bottle made with Banzai rice milled to 70% and is very gentle and very easy.
