The first ever release of Reikyo "Crystal 0!" In 2023, Niizawa Brewery has outdone their masterpiece Absolute 0, the first sake made from rice polished under 1%. Following the same specifications of careful milling, they were able to polish the delicate “King of Sake Rice” Yamada Nishiki to 0.85%, taking fully seven months of continuous milling to access the core.

Using the very center of the grain makes sake with a vibrant texture, depth, clarity, and evolving flavors. Luscious and enveloping flavor, the full expressive qualities of Yamada Nishiki rice bring out notes of tropical fruit, but with a hauntingly elusive finish.
