Knock Knock! Who’s there? The brewery that you didn’t think made good sake based on their one sake that you tasted! It happens all the time. A customer will taste a sake from a particular brewery, not like it, and then never get another sake from that brewery again. Damn! It’s a pity, because usually they are denying themselves some great “other’ sakes from that kura.

Behold a case in point! Some folks claim the Ohyama Tokubestu Junmai is sort of plain – not really the case but okay! So they shy away from other offerings from Ohyma “Big Mountain.” Not smart! This bottle of “another” sake before your eyes will shatter this sad myth. Truly one of the great Junmai sakes out there with amazing flavors, amazing body, and amazing drinkability. Take a chance and see what your “perception” has been keeping you from tasting. If you don’t buy this sake I will!
