Sake Certification – WSET Offerings In SF

Grape Experience will be offering two WSET Sake classes in San Francisco this October, including the recently introduced a Level 1 Certificate in Sake:

• Level 1 runs 9am-5pm on October 2 at Pabu Restaurant 101 California Street in San Francisco. The cost is $450. This is an introduction to Sake, production, styles and tasting. It is appropriate for both the Professional and the Consumer.
• Level 3 runs 9am-5pm October 29-30 at Roka Akor Restaurant, 801 Montgomery Street in San Francisco with the exam October 30 from 5:30-8pm. Cost is $1200 with an October 15 deadline to register. This is an indepth study of sake, its production, ingredients and styles. There is no prior knowledge is required, but there is an on-line primer course. This course is appropriate for the professional or sake enthusiasts.
