Sake Day 2016 – Cool Things Coming This October 1st!

First and foremost don’t forget to get your “Early Bird” tickets. We’ve sent our customary email blast to make sure that you take advantage of this savings - and because we are limiting Early Bird tickets this year they will sell out! We won’t bother you again until a week or so before the event. (Please remember the proceeds for our efforts go to the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California – JCCCNC)

Now back to the goodies! We just secured a chance for you to win a chance to make sake at brewery in Japan. Woot! Our friends at “We Love Sake” or Kakeya said that they will take names and pick a person or persons to fly to Japan to one of their participating breweries for a week of sake making. Hello! How cool is that? They will also be pouring their next batch (2.0) very “cool story” sakes for you to taste at Sake Day. Last year they were one of the stars of the show – one of the most popular booths for sure – when they poured their first efforts for their Kakeya sake. Guests loved it! You will too!
