SAKE DAY – TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW

Speaking of records, tickets for the 20th Anniversary of SAKE DAY are on sale now. We gave you a head’s up last newsletter that they went on sale June 1st, and of course the Early Bird priced tickets vanished in a flash. In what turned out to be another record, we sold out of Early Bird Tickets in 22 minutes. We sort of feel like Outside Lands™ with how quickly the first batch of tickets went, and this is a reminder of what we say every year – SAKE DAY always sells out!

So if you hesitated, don’t! Just go to www.sakeday.com and get your tickets before the rest of the tickets sell out in record fashion. Also please remember that all ticket sales – 100% go directly to the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California (JCCCNC). Your ticket cost is going to such a worthy and wonderful cause, but you knew that!

And let’s say our second “Holy Moly” of this milestone newsletter. Holy Moly SAKE DAY 2025 is loaded this year! It is absolutely a who’s who of dynamic and amazing sake breweries from Japan and our legion of local craft sake makers. In a word, we have the most breweries ever represented at SAKE DAY. And that means we will have a record amount of sake at this 20th Anniversary. YES!

Let’s just say that we don’t want to give away all of the surprises, but the Welcome Sake has been confirmed, we have selected the winner of the 2025 International Sake Soul of the Year Award, and we will be joined by a record number of Sake Samurai plus many sake celebrities have confirmed to attend. It will be a good year to bring your camera phone.

The best way other than this Newsletter to stay posted is to join KJ Rizzo at our Instagram account @sakedaysf as this year she will be doing a special historical look back at 20 years of SAKE DAYs from year 0 in a classroom at Ft. Mason to the 20th Anniversary at Hotel Kabuki in Japantown SF Saturday September 27th

Get your tickets now! Because, say it with me, SAKE DAY ALWAYS SELLS OUT!
