Hello all, this is another “Nama Reminder!" Yup, we often forget how lucky we are in today’s international market that Japan is over there and we are over here, and yet we have the freshest and most unpasteurized sakes in the business. Ladle Fresh! Raw! Cask Strength! Fresh Pressed! Nama Nama! These beautifully brewed and freshly released sake are the pinnacle of freshness, and are made specifically to match the foods of the season. It’s time for you to get on board the Nama Train! Yup, another name!
Woot Woot! The Nama train has pulled into the Spring Station and it’s time for you to pick up your 720ml liquid guests! And in most cases for you out-of-towners, they are durable enough to be out of the cold chain for a while if you want to take a chance. We have some of the "Usual Sake Suspects" like Masumi Arabashiri , Gokyo Arabashiri, Kamikokoro Shiboritate, and Jyoku Shiboritate. A couple of new nama came and sold out quickly, and of course we have Narutotai the Black Snapper – the most famous can in the sake world.
