- Guided Brewery Visits: Guided by a sake professional and a sake sommelier, meet passionate sake masters and learn the secrets behind their award-winning creations. Breweries include Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute, Shiraiwa Shuzo (IWA5), Sanshoraku Shuzo, Fumigiku Shuzo and Yachiya Shuzo.
- Sake Tastings & Food: Savor a wide variety of sake, from crisp and refreshing to deep and complex. Learn how sake pairs with food so easily as we try local cuisine as well as a meal with an international twist.
- Cultural Experiences: Discover Hokuriku’s unique history, artisan traditions, and local cuisine. Cultural craft workshops will enable you to create your own crafts to take home. Indulge in a real Geisha experience.
- Scenic Beauty: Enjoy the stunning scenery, from snow-capped mountains to charming coastal towns. Visit the Gassho-zukuri houses of Gokayama.
