Using the traditional Yamahai brewing method, this undiluted and unpasteurized sake develops natural lactic acid without additives, creating a rich depth and complexity. During fermentation, it carries a creamy, lactic aroma that enhances its bold, full-bodied character. Aged at low temperatures, it delivers layered flavors and an intricate profile.
